Include the iPhone model, app version, selected test or ride type, and a short description of what happened.
Report A Problem
In the EquiScore app, open a previous session and choose Report Problem. You can include the session analysis, logs, and optionally the video if it is needed for troubleshooting.
Recording
Keep the master iPhone open during the ride. After ending a session, wait for the app to gather videos, analyze the ride, and create the PDF scorecard.
Camera Setup
Put camera phones and the master iPhone on the same Wi-Fi network. Power on each camera phone, open EquiScore Camera, and confirm the master app shows the connected camera count before recording.
Account
Sign in with Apple or an EquiScore account. You can delete your EquiScore account from the Account screen in the app.
Privacy
Personal ride videos stay local unless you choose to share or submit them. Review the Privacy Policy for details.
